ACP is well versed in the urgency and pragmatism of the commercial and industrial sectors, gained through the successful completion of a varied range of projects.

ACP designed the American multi-national Levi Strauss’s 16,500m2 UK flagship development located in Northampton’s Swan Valley Business Park, which combines a 3,500m2 HQ office building with a 13,000m2 automated distribution centre. ACP has also designed 16,000m2 of retail warehousing for Asda and ECF at Magna Park and typically a mixed unit development at Imprimo Park in Essex.

Office building projects include a new headquarters for National Quality Assurance Ltd in Houghton Regis, the new head quarters building for Muraspec in Hemel Hempstead, a bespoke office fit-out for NCSL in Cranfield, and the refurbishment of trading room accommodation for Societe General in the City of London.

Airport terminals and buildings feature in the ACP portfolio with refurbishment and development work at Terminal 3 Heathrow and the formation and fitting out of new passenger facilities at Luton and Stanstead. At Luton we have designed a new storage and aircraft maintenance hanger of approximately 7,000m2 and associated office accommodation of approximately 1,395m2 on three floors.

The recycling and disposal of waste is an increasingly important aspect of environmental management. ACP has been active in this area for many years, our best examples being the major recycling plants at Neath Port Talbot in South Wales and at Wrexham in North Wales.
